		<description><![CDATA[As I zigzag through the spotless leafy alleways and wide airy streets, I can't help but being impressed.  The town is clean, cozy and colorful.  Numerous cafes spill out on the sidewalks additional colonial souvenirs: frangrant coffee, fresh baguettes and grey-haired French retirees.

All in all, Luang Prabang is soothingly pleansant, civilized and well-mannered.
